Summary

When We use route work action to route work item to Agentforce in omni channel flow , Omni Channel Inbound Flow for Agentforce doesn't show up in Builder Setup Page.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to your org
  2. Check the Omni flow has routework that is used to tarnsfer chat to Agentforce
  3. Now check the Agentforce Service Agent connection tab
  4. Notice that the inbound flow "Route Conversations to Agentforce Service Agents" is not appearing.


Workaround

User has to go to Einstein Bot to toggle it on and be able to see connection information after that is done
