Summary
Users can view the Optimizer node in Setup, but can’t view or run any reports. Optimizer is not available in App Launcher. In addition, the Optimizer API isn’t available for query or use.
Steps to Reproduce
- Login to the Org.
- Search for “Salesforce Optimizer” in the App Launcher. Optimizer doesn’t appear in the search results.
- Alternatively, in Setup, enter “Optimizer” in the Quick Find box, then click Optimizer. On the Optimizer page, the Open Optimizer button is disabled, and users can’t view or run any reports.
Workaround
- There isn’t a workaround at this time
- Optimizer has been disabled due to ongoing maintenance.
