Dashboard having multiple grouping in chart widget impacted when we have more than 1 column in group by

Dashboard having multiple grouping has different view in Preview vs Save mode(after refresh)

Steps used to repro issue 1 in Demo org:

1. Login to Salesforce
2. Go to Report -> New report
3. Select dataset like Opportunities with Product
4. Add group by Row: Opportunities Name & Product Name
5. Add group by Column: Product: Month & Product Date
6. Click on drop down in table available after Product:Month and select : Month in calendar year
7. Click on drop down in table available after Product Date and select : Year
8. Add chart to the report
9. Save the report
10. Go to Dashboard Tab -> Click create
11. Add a chart widget(bar chart)-> select the created report
12. Click on edit on widget
13. Select Product:Month & Product Date on x axis
14. Save the changes.
15. Refresh the dashboard and observe the issue.
